Solution 
To solve your problem, switch on water chiller, check inlet and outlet pipes for water circulation. 
Check both pipes from the chiller to your laser tube. The pipes could be bent or constricted or there could be objects on the pipe blocking the water circulation. 

The following could solve your problem... 

If there is no circulation, switch off and disconnect the pipes. Use a shorter pipe to connect both ends to the chiller, preferably a clear pipe. One at the inlet and outlet of the chiller. Check for water circulation. 
If water is circulating, test the alarm by pressing the pipe thus blocking the water circulation which should sound the alarm. 
If the water is circulating, it could also be that the water flow switch is faulty. The switch is on the inside of the chiller behind the water outlet. The switch would need to be replaced. 

However, if you are sure the water is circulating, shorten the inlet and outlet connector pipes/tubes to the shortest possible length. If they are too long, the pump in the chiller may not be able to pump as strongly and registers as no water circulating. The alarm will be triggered even though the water is circulating. 

We don't suggest you disconnect the alarm siren. 

If this does not solve your problem and your machine is under warranty... 
Stop investigation immediately, pack in original box and send it back for us to repair. 

Additional tips for troubleshooting: 
Firstly, follow water chiller maintenance. When you open the chiller, you will see a small black cylinder and pump. 
This pump cannot break so you can loosen the screws and check inside. 
There is a small magnet inside, clean the pump with an earbud and close. Sometimes there is a small stone or dust inside this pump. 

Lastly, the alarm only warns you that there is no water circulation. It has nothing to do with the temperature.

1. What is the home position? 

The home position is the position of all three axis' X,Y,Z by movement to the limit switch after pressing HOME button on the dsp hand control. 

2. What is the start point or origin point? 

The starting or origin point is the position of the center of your router bit or cutting tool by starting the work in process. You can adjust origin point in your toolpath software. This is the point of origin on your material where you have to zero all axis' to start your work.

3.Unable to move X,Y or Z axis but display reads: Change Values? 

Troubleshooting 
- Check both ends of data cable if there is a good connection. First check data cable connection to dsp if screws are tightened and the end where the cable connects in the control box. Maybe unplug and plug all back in. 
- check the connections in the black connector boxes, for each axis. Connector boxes for "x & z" under z head or top cover and for y under left side cover. Sometimes the wires may loosen with movement. 

Now, look at the lights on the drivers in the control box.... 
* Red, then green and remains green = all is in order for operation 
* Red, green when driving BUT an ERROR is detected, the light changes to red. STOP operation and reset machine (switch off and on again) check the lights on the drivers. 
*If the light goes green again, there is only an error in the wiring. Check all cables connections again. 
*When the lights stay red then the drivers need replacement 

4. Error message X hard limit

Select & press on machines’ DSP hand control: 
MENU - SYSTEM SETUP – “Configure parameters” 
When unable to select menu, press DELETE. 
Now, MENU - SYSTEM SETUP – “Configure parameters” 
press “OK” on language 
Do you need to save power off? ok to choose others deny 
press OK 
Scroll to the only question about hard limit: 
“Is there the hard limit sensors?” select to answer BUT 
it skips to the next question, press CANCEL" 
It is in traditional manual mode?” Select OK for traditional mode" 
press OK 
To change Setup – Toolcover Disable – Dustcover Disable 
Press Toolcover disable The machine will power off to restart. 

5.solving OVER LIMIT error 
When OVER LIMIT in X, Y or X & Y, check dimension in toolpath settings for X, Y or both X & Y. 

Troubleshooting 
- Your design requires a larger area to complete than the working area available. Please check the dimensions of your design. 

- Your laser head is not in the correct position in order to start from your origin point. You could move your laser head manually to another position and proof your point of origin in your design. 

OVER LIMIT error 
This error message means that the router has insufficient working area to complete your design. The error will inform you whether your design error is in + or - direction of the axis'

6. CNC Router with ballscrew in x & y axis' 
In operation mode, with all lights green, it should not be possible to move or push the gantry by hand. If this is possible, there is usually an error in connection between motor and ballscrew. 

Troubleshooting Check the connectors 
- Check both ends of data cable if there is a good connection. First check data cable connection to dsp if screws are tightened and the end where the cable connects in the control box. Maybe unplug and plug all back in. 
- check the connections for "x & z" behind the gantry cover and for y under the table right at the end. Sometimes the wires may loosen with movement.
